Systems
Three systems, one standard of workmanship
We match the system to the building, not the other way round. We usually build with our own proven materials, but we are equally set up to install material supplied by the client.
- 01
PVC / TPO membrane
Our specialismThe systems we install most: outstanding durability, flexibility and resistance to weather and UV. Ideal for modern construction and industrial halls. This is the technology we are genuinely expert in.
- Specification
- 1.5–2.0 mm gauge
- Mechanically fastened
- Hot-air welded seams
- 02
EPDM membrane
Green roofsA highly flexible, environmentally sound synthetic rubber. Long service life and resistance to root penetration — which is why it usually ends up on green roofs and inverted decks.
- Specification
- Synthetic rubber
- Root resistant
- Large sheets, few joints
- 03
Torch-on bitumen
RefurbishmentTraditional and dependable bitumen coverings. We lay high-grade membranes that deliver reliable waterproofing on industrial buildings and when refurbishing older roofs.
- Specification
- Two-layer build-up
- SBS modified

Who we work for
The same standard whatever the scale
We take on projects of every size — from a single house to a large-format industrial hall. The logistics change; the quality of the weld does not.
- from 60 m²
Residential
Flat roofs and decks on modern detached houses. Terraces over garages and habitable areas.
- estates and phases
Developers
Large schemes across housing estates and residential complexes. We work to the main contractor’s programme with phased handovers.
- halls and warehouses
Industrial
Waterproofing on large-format halls. Including trapezoidal steel decks, where we level the substrate before the membrane goes down.
How we work
Six steps to a leak-test report
This is every project we deliver — from first setting foot on the roof to a signed leak-test report.
- 01Survey and measure
- 02System choice and quote
- 03Insulation and fixings
- 04Membrane and welds
- 05Details, safety and PV
- 06Leak test and handover
Step 01 Survey and measure
We get on the roof, measure the area, check the substrate, the falls and every existing penetration — chimneys, rooflights, vents, outlets.
Supporting services
The details a flat roof actually fails on
Covering the whole job is our strength. We protect the roof both while it is being built and throughout its service life.
- 01
Parapet and sheet-metal flashing
Precise parapet flashing in PVC-coated steel, which the membrane is welded straight onto. The joint gives the roof edge a single, continuous watertight termination.
- 02
Gutters, downpipes, overflows
Rainwater systems and emergency overflows, protecting the structure from excess water load if an outlet ever blocks.
- 03
Roof penetrations
Watertight detailing around every technical penetration — vents, cables, pipes, chimneys and rooflights. On trapezoidal decks we level the substrate first.
- 04
Fall-arrest systems
Fixed anchor points and lifelines, required for safe maintenance and servicing work on a flat roof under health-and-safety rules.
- 05
Solar PV bases
Non-penetrating bases for PV arrays — nothing pierces the waterproofing, so the roof stays watertight and the guarantee stays intact.
- 06
Repairs and emergency work
Effective repairs to leaks and damaged coverings that restore the roof to full function. We locate the source first, then repair it.
Servicing and diagnostics
We find the leak you cannot see
Water rarely drips where it got in. Rather than stripping the covering blind, we use advanced location techniques to pinpoint the source of the failure — including the ones invisible to the naked eye.
We carry out leak testing both on newly completed buildings and on roofs already in service — it is the cheapest way to avoid an expensive failure.

Electrical method
An electrical impulse pinpoints damage to the membrane to within centimetres, without disturbing the covering.
- 02
Smoke testing
Smoke under low pressure reveals failed welds and flashings by escaping exactly where the leak is.
- 03
Flood test
A controlled flood checks outlets, gutters and the lowest areas of the roof for watertightness before handover.

About us
Credentials, not claims
We are a company specialising in the complete installation and servicing of modern flat roofs. Our aim is to deliver solutions that are fully watertight and durable for years, using current waterproofing technology.
The company was founded in 2019 and has grown steadily since, becoming a trusted partner in construction. It is led by people with construction degrees and chartered building licences — so every project runs under professional supervision, with full command of building law and current technical standards.
Our people are qualified, trained roofers who care about precision and detail — from correct flashing through to a perfect weld. Because a flat roof does not fail in the middle of the field. It fails on a detail.

Technical questions

Polish building regulations require the roof’s thermal transmittance not to exceed U = 0.15 W/(m²·K). The thickness follows directly from the material: PIR boards with a low lambda need noticeably less depth than traditional EPS or mineral wool. As much as 25% of a building’s heat escapes through a poorly insulated roof, so we advise against stopping at the minimum — the extra depth pays for itself in bills faster than it costs to build.
PVC gives you fewer joints, less weight, UV resistance and a weld that can be checked along its full length — which is why it dominates on halls, estates and modern housing. Torch-on bitumen remains a sound choice when refurbishing existing bituminous coverings and where the client wants to stay with a familiar system. We install both — the decision comes after looking at the substrate, not from a price list.
The key is levelling the corrugated surface. We fill the lower flute with rigid insulation, PIR or XPS wedges, up to the top edge of the trapezoid, then add a second layer of insulation or OSB on top to get a flat substrate. The levelled area has to extend at least one trapezoid beyond the penetration on every side and run all the way to the ridge. PVC-coated metal flashing goes onto the outer trapezoids with sealant underneath, and the membrane is mechanically fastened and welded straight to that flashing. Only then do we detail the chimney itself.
Not if the bases are non-penetrating. We fit feet that never pierce the waterproofing — the load is carried by ballast and a properly sized contact area, and the membrane stays continuous. The bigger risk with PV is not the installation itself but servicing the panels later on a roof with no anchor points, which is why the two jobs are best done together.
Water can enter a dozen metres from where it drips inside. Instead of opening up the covering blind, we use the electrical method, which pinpoints damage to the membrane to within centimetres, or smoke testing, where the smoke escapes exactly at the failed weld. Only once the source is located do we plan the repair — which keeps the intervention local.
Yes. By default we build with our own proven materials, because then we stand behind both the product and the workmanship. If the client already has a materials contract or their own arrangement with a manufacturer, we install what is supplied — with the difference that our guarantee then covers our workmanship and the welds, not the product itself.
