2. What data we collect

Through the forms on the Website we collect the following data, which you provide voluntarily:

• phone number,
• roof area and a description of the building and its location (if you supply them),
• Website interface language.

We do not collect your email address or any special (sensitive) categories of data.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data to contact you, arrange a roof survey and present a quote — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.

For handling correspondence, the basis is also our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your enquiry.

4. Data recipients and processors

To handle the forms we use external service providers who process data on our behalf:

• EmailJS — a technical service that delivers form submissions to our email inbox;
• TODO: dostawca hostingu i poczty — on whose servers the messages are stored.

Data may be processed on servers located within the European Union.

5. Data retention period

We store data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (contact, quoting and delivering the job), and thereafter until any claims become time-barred or until you withdraw your consent.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• rectify your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to call you back and prepare a quote. Without a number we cannot get back to you.

8. Cookies

The Website does not use cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Only technical mechanisms necessary for the correct operation of the site may be used.
